Looks like Bell decided to join the retro modern full face helmet club- they recently announced the Bullitt, modeled after the original Bell Star helmet from 40 or so years ago, and so far it’s been shown in three color variations.
They do have a really awesome look to them.
I’ve yet to find out just how safe that tiny little chin strap will be… the jury is still out in my opinion.
Looks like you’ll have to wait until March of 2014 to get one, but that’s actually not that far away. They’re going for $399.95 (which is more than double the pricepoint of Biltwell Gringo at $150 but less than three times the Ruby Castel at $1380).
