There are a ton of comments I could make on this photograph, but I think I’ll leave it at… This. Is. Awesome. Regardless of all else you have to admit a motorcycle cop doing a stoppie on his Police Issue BMW motorcycle is pretty fantastic. Note: The officer performed this demonstration on a closed course, was on his own time, received permission from the agency, and BMW Motorcycles of Ventura County covered the cost of a new rear tire (source).
Suzuki Recursion Concept: Classic Modern in Full Effect
This summer BMW released their Concept Ninety, a retro modern motorcycle roughly based on the 40 year old R90 design. This month, Suzuki followed up with a retro modern styled sport bike called the Recursion Concept. The bike has beautiful classic lines with modern angles, a 588cc water-cooled two-cylinder engine… and turbo. The idea behind the small displacement engine equipped with an inter-cooled turbocharge system is to offer a lighter weight motorbike with all the power of a bigger, heavier liter-bike. A Day of Giving Thanks
It’s easy to take things for granted in life, and Thanksgiving is the North American Holiday to give thanks and realize what you’ve got in life.
