On Monday, I crashed my Monster at about 50mph. I suffered road rash on my hip and lots of bruising- and Pandora has flesh wounds of her own. Here’s what exactly happened, and the lowdown on the gear that saved my life.
Eagle Road in Norway… the stuff a motorcyclists dreams are made of.
Lysebotn Ørnesvingene aka Eagle Bends must be Norway’s most dramatic road. The lower part runs in a spiral tunnel, then climbs in 27 hairpin bends to about 1000 metres.
This road is NOT open all year long so make sure to check road closures before booking tickets for an epic adventure.
