Eight decades of rumbling engines, two-wheel travel, exhaust smoke, and total badassery. Gloria Tramontin Struck has been blazing trails in the world of motorcycles since 1940 as one of the original members of the Motor Maids.
Took a 2003 Suzuki GSXR 600 out on a 165mi run today with Chris on his Ducati 848evo- went to the Berry Patch in Westport off Highway 30. They have delicious pie, and their food wasn’t half bad either. I can say first hand the cod is very fresh!
This run is usually called the Clatskanie ride- we went a little further, and took a fun detour on Apiary on the way back, too. The roads are mostly great, with perfect camber and good sight distance… just a few rough spots toward the beginning of the route. If you visit Portland, or live in this area… check out the google map (Clatskanie/Apiary to Berry Patch) for full details!
