There are quite a few extraordinary women in the history of motorcycling, but only a handful who were involved in such a wide variety of riding for as long a time as motorcycling pioneer Theresa Wallach.
The 60s chopper movement brought lots of babes on bikes, lots of boobs flyin’ free at events, on the back leanin’ against the sissy bar especially. In the 70s, more and more women were starting to ride their own motorcycles.
Loomis Dean lived from 1917 to 2005 and captured everything from Circus Clowns to Hollywood stars in his five decade long photography career. He especially loved photographing motorcycles and women, especially real women who ride.
