Lane splitting and sharing… the debate resurfaces. This Oregon bill basically gives us the same rights as bicyclists who “filter” through traffic at slow speeds. In a nutshell it says that we may pass between two lanes of traffic or cars if the cars are going less than 10mph and the motorcyclist is going 20mph or less.
