Silodrome and MotoLady have teamed up to bring you robust gear reviews accompanied by beautiful photography! The first edition? Why the Icon 1000 Akorp jacket, of course!
My friends, I have featured Lanakila MacNaughton’s photography from her project the Women’s Moto Exhibit many many times, but this time you get to see the woman behind the lens. This look behind the scenes literally gave me goosebumps- Austin Will perfectly captured the essence of art, artist, and subjects. I got chills and they’re multiplyin’! “I’m shooting medium format… film on Hassleblad. Delaware based Allison Rose Lear is a motorcyclist, artist, and more. (Photograph by Lanakila MacNaughton of the Women’s Moto Exhibit.) Her art is timeless, detailed, and striking. Well, at least that’s the vibe I get from it. Asked to photograph the ride to the show, I called up my friend Tony (who has a nice sissy bar on his bike, great… Continue Reading »
