A video about the somber feeling one gets when riding season comes to a close- when we often hold on to each last moment the sun is still kissing the asphalt and the roads are still dry. Lots of bikes out and about today and a lovely 90 mile jaunt on the Maxim. Ended up stopping at Skyline Tavern because there were so many people there (about 4 more than pictured). Best thing about riding today (besides riding in general) was getting to wear my short leather gloves. So much more comfy than the winter gloves I have.

Today while out on a ride, Justin and I spotted a few bikes pulling up to this cute Tavern up on Skyline (one of the more popular riding roads in Portland). We went back to grab some coffee and see what it was about. Turns out, it’s freaking awesome! From the outside, it looks unassuming and quaint… and it is, but it’s also so much more.
