No worries, we can’t all be on the up and up with these confangled new terms. Squid is used when talking about an inexperienced rider. Generally the term came from the fact that squids go fast in a straight line but are slow around corners. I assume you mean these ones? I’ve got 3 pairs of “fav” boots and, as of yesterday I’ve got one more! These were an ebay find, after wanting tall boots with ONLY buckles- I’ve had too many zippers fail and shoelaces break. I searched for about 3 hours straight, searching the depths of ebay for the right boots. I saw these for $35- the size was marked as “5” listed as Motocross boots.
