Thank you very much! I found them on ebay- I can tell from the stitching and such that they’re someones prototype or homemade boot. So they’re probably one of a kind! However… Gasolina made a kind of buckle only boots- and they’re hand made. And cheap. So if you like mine, you might want to look into those.
Asking what got me interested is tricky, because I don’t specifically remember becoming enamored with two wheeled vehicles, I always have been. I remember straining my little 5-year-old neck when I heard a motorcycle approaching, jumping to see over a window ledge as one drove by. It was always approached as a sort of “pipe dream” that no one took seriously. My dad has always been a big automobile buff- either selling cars, driving cars, or riding motorcycles.
