Monster Project Fender Mock Up
Did a front fender mock up for the Monster Project. Because I put a 748 front end on a 750 Monster, the compatible fender is the superbike marshmallow looking thing… way too bulky for my lean mean machine. Which one do you guys like best? Keeping in mind that I will be reinforcing narrow plastic for durability and strength.
Observe: me over halfway through cleaning up the epic gas spill in my garage this morning. Took a shower, got dressed, was walking out to my car and smelled gasoline inside my house. Ran out to the TDM to find it (and the battery tender) sitting in a pool of fuel… and gas still spewing all over the place. Fuel line broke from being old and propped up so that I could hook the tender to the battery. Totally awesome way to start the day.

What is the difference between this bike and other electric rides of a similar form? Well, this one is a six speed… and it can do over 100 MPH. The Brammo Empulse electric motorcycle has a six speed gearbox with multi-plate hydraulic clutch. It weighs 470 pounds (213kg) with a 31.5”… Continue Reading »
