I’m so excited to announce the project that I’ve been working on for two years… a book all about badass motorcycling women! In the MotoLady’s Book of Women Who Ride you’ll meet 74 of the most influencial motorcyclists of the last century. Motorcycle heroes, trailblazers, and record-breakers like Jessi Combs, Shayna Texter, Laia Sanz, Gloria Tramontin-Struck, the Van Buren sisters, and more can be found inside the 184 pages of this hard cover book celebrating motorcycling women!
Two Wheel Worship in Washington DC
Two Wheel Worship is hosted by Milk Cult, and celebrates two wheeled vehicles. It’s taking place Saturday, September 6th, 2014 in Washington DC.
Straight from one of the event organizers-
“It should be a good time, food, music, lots of bikes, some prizes, and some more interesting stuff. We’re building a 55 gallon blender that is powered by a moped engine.”
Sounds freaking awesome to me. This is the second year of the event, which attracts a lot of people celebrating motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles, and other wacky devices.
Saturday, September 6th at 3:00pm
945 Florida Ave NW
Washington, District of Columbia
