Ever look back at photos from trips and realize that you don’t have any with your motorcycle? Photos with people included are way more memorable, even though we love looking at our sexy machines. Amanda Zito and I made a little how-to video with tips and tricks for snapping photos of you on your bike!
what got you interested in bikes m’dear? x
Asking what got me interested is tricky, because I don’t specifically remember becoming enamored with two wheeled vehicles, I always have been. I remember straining my little 5-year-old neck when I heard a motorcycle approaching, jumping to see over a window ledge as one drove by.
It was always approached as a sort of “pipe dream” that no one took seriously. My dad has always been a big automobile buff- either selling cars, driving cars, or riding motorcycles. Part of this came along with being raised on a farm- they used motorbikes to go check on the land as much as they used horses.
Which brings me to my next point. I love horseback, and over the years I’ve discovered many lady motorcyclists do as well. I’m not sure if the same goes for men- that cowboys also love motorcycles- but I sure know this cowgirl does.
The simple answer to your question: Motorcycles are beautiful machines that I’ve always coveted. So the moment I could buy one, I did.
