I’m so excited to announce the project that I’ve been working on for two years… a book all about badass motorcycling women! In the MotoLady’s Book of Women Who Ride you’ll meet 74 of the most influencial motorcyclists of the last century. Motorcycle heroes, trailblazers, and record-breakers like Jessi Combs, Shayna Texter, Laia Sanz, Gloria Tramontin-Struck, the Van Buren sisters, and more can be found inside the 184 pages of this hard cover book celebrating motorcycling women!
San Diego to Campo Motorcycle Ride
Cristi Farrell (of Moterrific) and I took off from Cerberus yesterday on a San Diego to Campo motorcycle ride. We rode Hwy 94 to Campo and back. She was on her 2009 BMW f650GS and I was on the lil 1982 Honda FT500 Ascot thumper.
It’s a good jaunt with lots of sweepers and fun twisties that switch back rather quickly- those are my favorite, when you get into the groove and can flick the bike back and forth through the corners. Ah, it was a good day.
