Meet Piper Watson and John Shea! Talk about motorcycles bringing people together… this couple traveled from their hometown of Baltimore, MD a full 5,000 miles and ended up here in Portland! Their trip isn’t over, but they stopped by my work to see the shop (and me!) and we just had to go get dinner.  More photos of Piper will soon follow. GUYS! Guess where I’m almost surely going this year? BONNEVILLE SALT FLATS FOR THE SPEED TRIALS! I’ll be heading down with an amazing group- the Bjorklund Sodium Distortion team (check out their website- Super Rat website).  They’re going for four land speed records with this amazing custom Ducati S4RS. And I get to document the whole thing with my camera! (And maybe even ride it…)
