Today I met a wonderful chap from Canada- Tamlyn Beesley is on a 40 day motorcycle road trip and when he passed through Portland briefly we met up for coffee at See See!  He told me tales of the 108 degree Mojave, and first gear turns of Bible Creek Rd in Oregon (which I had never been on… gasp). Got this super cool iPhone case/attachment with a macro and wide angle lenses. Random motorcycle photos and @motolady instagram feed will now be so much cooler. It’ll be nice to leave the giant camera set up at home every now and again, but not be totally screwed when trying to get a good shot.

Took a 2003 Suzuki GSXR 600 out on a 165mi run today with Chris on his Ducati 848evo- went to the Berry Patch in Westport off Highway 30. They have delicious pie, and their food wasn’t half bad either. I can say first hand the cod is very fresh!  This run is usually called the Clatskanie ride- we went a little further, and took a fun detour on Apiary on the way back, too. Jumpin’ on the Throwback Thursday bandwagon- photos from the first time I rode a liter (litre for your Europeans) bike, and the first time on a Ducati sport bike. Did I have fun, you wonder?
