Awesome submission from Haley MacKenzie- My friend Chad took this photo of me on my first big ride through Mount Laguna and Sunset Highway. A wildfire had just started the morning we left on our ride, and by the time we arrived clouds of smoke were blotting out the sun. We were the last ones on the road before the fire fighters closed the highway. Probably the best day of my life. Photo credit to Chad Nelson.

Last Friday was the Women’s Motorcycle Exhibit premier- the super sexy and beautiful medium format photography of Lanakila MacNaughton. Lana got in touch with me on Thursday and asked if I could take photos of the ride in to the show. Knowing the style these ladies have and their love for riding, I knew it’d make for some great photos.
