Another step forward in the Monster Project! I met up with Heath last night to fit the axle spacer where the speedo drive usually goes so that it could be safely rolled around and transported to my house. We’ve got a roller.

Do I look excited? It’s because these are the baddest ass motorcycle boots I’ve ever had the pleasure of putting on my feet. Icon ”Reign” women’s waterproof armored motorcycle boots are $160 bucks, fully protective, and fully waterproof. They look good under jeans, over jeans, with motorcycle gear or with your daily wear. Monster Project Headlight Arrived
Monster Project mini update! I just got my headlight (ordered through Spiegler) in at work and am way stoked. “Fire” dual headlight with 100mm high beam, H3 low beam lamp with LED parking ring.

How did you like the electric bike, and how hard did you run it before it ran outta juice?
I really liked riding the Enertia. Once you get past the fact that you’re not shifting… there’s no clutch, no shifter. One speed, one gear… GO! Also it makes almost no sound. So while you ride by someone at 30 mph, you can still hear them talking! It’s crazy. I didn’t get to ride it far, maybe a quarter mile before it died. However, we were in this crazy black hole location that was killing all batteries, electronics, etc. So I don’t really blame the machine. Also it was only at 14%… Continue Reading »
