Most of us are familiar with the Hitler video meme wherein the english subtitles are changed to humorous banter completely unrelated to the Nazi regime. In this parody video, Hitler wants a GSXR 650 or 1000 for his first bike, and his compadres try to talk sense to him about starting with something smaller and, well, Hitler throws a temper tantrum (naturally). “I want my 180 wheels! I want to beat Ferraris! I will have women pulling the balls out of my pants!” Just under 4 minutes of amusingly familiar arguments. I… Continue Reading »

Tribulations of Being a Motorcycle Owner with Children
Quite possibly the coolest motorcycle cop ever, and perhaps the luckiest guy on a CBR600RR ever… “Ain’t you cold?” he says to the Officer sporting a short sleeve shirt on his turbo Harley police bike. Then, “Wanna race?” to which the Officer replies, “I got a turbo in this one.” Supposedly after all the kerfluffle this viral video caused, the poor guy had to resign. World’s First Two-Wheel Motorcycle Burnout
How does one do a burn out on an AWD motorcycle? Simple, chain it to a big-ass post. Gregor Halenda, who I met on the photoshoot for the Silodrome + MotoLady Icon 1000 Akorp jacket review, teamed up with his studio partner Thomas Liggett to create this rather awesome video. High fives all around. The video shows footage of it on dirt, kicking up a lot of dust. It gave me goosebumps, that’s for sure. First thing I thought? I want to ride it! I also really enjoy the engineer description of… Continue Reading »
Why We Ride Documentary: Coming Soon
It took me a while to sit down and watch this trailer, despite multiple people sending it to me. Why? I’m not sure. Perhaps because I felt capturing “why we ride” in a trailer is impossible, and in a full length film difficult yet. But also because I felt that I needed to devote a minute of my undivided attention to the footage, and forcing myself to do that is sometimes difficult these days. I finally pressed play and have to admit- I got goosebumps, there may have been some tears. They… Continue Reading »
